We’ll go on to introduce the new ICEL Individual Competence Standard and Competence Scheme, which together provide the first holistic benchmark and mechanism to evidence individual competence in emergency lighting. 

Finally, we’ll discuss how the scheme operates, and look at the journey that emergency lighting professionals will take to engage with the scheme and evidence their competence.
